Each observation window is fitted with easily removable shutter inserts, giving you full control over light and visibility while ensuring minimal disturbance to your bees.

Flat pack brood boxes and supers are supplied with full assembly instructions and nails for straightforward setup.
Before first use, we recommend treating the hive with an insect-friendly wood preservative and allowing it to weather outdoors for approximately one week. For best results and durability, glue all joints during assembly (glue not included). To extend the lifespan of your hive, reapply wood treatment every 3–4 years.
Both brood and super boxes feature bevelled edges for ease of handling. Additional frame runners are also available separately if required here.
