Name: Harry
Job Role: Managing Director
Responsibilities: As Managing Director of Simon the Beekeeper, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, as well as shaping its long-term strategy and direction. My role centres on driving business development, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.
A key part of my mission is to make beekeeping more accessible and affordable for everyone. I am passionate about breaking down barriers to entry so that more people can take up beekeeping, support pollinators, and enjoy the many rewards of the craft. By expanding our reach and continuously improving what we offer, I aim to help grow a thriving community of beekeepers across the UK and beyond.
About me: Outside of work and beekeeping, I enjoy restoring and driving classic cars, as well as travelling and going on holiday.
Name: Kevin
Job Role: Sales Manager
Responsibilities: I oversee all aspects of sales, including day-to-day operations, customer management, and both trade and wholesale activity. My focus is on driving growth and identifying opportunities to increase sales across all channels.
Working closely with Harry, I help ensure our sales strategy aligns with the wider ambition of the business—making beekeeping accessible and affordable for everyone, from hobbyists to professional bee farmers.
I’m also deeply passionate about customer service and believe every customer deserves an exceptional experience, whether they’re making a small purchase or placing a large order.
About me: When I’m not working, I enjoy cycling and going to the gym. I’m also a big sports fan, regularly following football, F1, motorcycle racing, and cycling.
Name: Aimee
Job Role: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities: As Marketing Manager at Simon the Beekeeper, I get to combine creativity with a real passion for nature. My role is all about sharing our story—whether that’s the journey of the business, the care that goes into our products, or the importance of protecting pollinators. I plan and run campaigns across different channels, design marketing collateral, keep a close eye on what resonates with our audience, and work with the team to bring fresh ideas to life. It’s a mix of strategy and creativity, but at the heart of it, I love helping people connect with what we do, why it matters and how they can join in the fun of beekeeping!
About me: I’m a mum to a lively toddler, so free time is rare—but when I get it, I love diving into creative projects: illustrating, writing stories, or playing and composing music. When I’m not creating, you’ll find me in the garden, at gigs, doing charity work, or knee-deep in my home renovation. I’m a busy bee, that’s for sure!
Name: Paul
Job Role: Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities: I manage the day-to-day operations of all warehouse stock and its locations, from goods-in to goods-out, across all warehouse sites within the Simon the Beekeeper business holdings. This includes managing bulk stock locations, as well as creating and maintaining current and seasonal stock and pick locations, to ensure accessible and efficient picking facilities for the Picking & Packing teams.
My role involves pre-planning with flexibility to meet both traditional and seasonal demands of a large, established beekeeping supplies company, while also adapting and developing processes to support the vision and growth of a dynamic, multifaceted business like Simon the Beekeeper.
About me: When I am not fixing cars, I enjoy trips out and weekends away, countryside walks with a direction towards good food and relaxation (more country pub and food than walking!).

Job Role: Head of Logistics
Responsibilities:
As Paul’s right-hand man, I play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. I support all areas of the business wherever possible, with a strong focus on helping the company grow and achieve our ambition of becoming the UK’s leading supplier.
About Me:
I enjoy cycling (although I’m not quite at Kev’s level!) and have a real passion for wine tasting, cheese tasting—any kind of food tasting, really.
Name: Nicole
Job Role: Business Operations & Marketing Co-ordinator
Responsibilities: At Simon the Beekeeper, I’m part of the team that keeps the business running smoothly, covering customer support, order fulfilment, marketing, and website administration. I love being involved in multiple areas of the company and take pride in helping to ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience.
About me: When I’m not buzzing around Simon the Beekeeper, you’ll usually find me in my studio creating natural self-care products. I love spending time outdoors with my family, travelling whenever I can, and learning new creative skills.
Name: Kathryn
Job Role: Office & Marketing Administrator
Responsibilities:
I work full-time in the office to help ensure Simon the Beekeeper runs smoothly. As a former primary school teacher, I bring strong organisational skills to my role. I take orders both over the phone and in the shop, create invoices, and collate business data. I also manage our eBay and Amazon accounts, label parcels, and monitor daily emails, ensuring timely responses. I joined the team in 2025 and am enjoying learning all about the fascinating world of beekeeping.
About Me: Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and friends, going for walks, and visiting the gym. My favourite coffee shop is Costa, which I visit almost every weekend, and one of my favourite places to visit is Whitby, where I have family.
