Bienomat® Uncapping Machine 230 V
The Bienomat® Uncapping Machine 230 V is a premium German-manufactured automatic uncapping system designed for fast, efficient and consistent uncapping of honey frames. Built for serious hobby, sideline and commercial beekeepers, this professional machine combines heated oscillating knives, automatic frame feeding and stainless steel construction to significantly reduce manual uncapping time during honey harvest.
The machine features electrically heated serrated uncapping knives mounted on both sides, operating with a closed water circulation heating system. The knife temperature is fully adjustable between 30°C and 95°C, allowing precise control for different honey and wax conditions. Frames are automatically fed through the machine from the intake shaft, where up to 5 frames can be loaded simultaneously, before being uncapped and transferred directly into the uncapping tray.
Capable of processing approximately 4 frames per minute, the Bienomat® Uncapping Machine offers excellent throughput while maintaining smooth and even uncapping results. The integrated uncapping tray includes two stainless steel sieve inserts and a stainless steel honey gate with high outlet clearance for convenient honey collection and filtration.
Manufactured entirely from high-quality stainless steel, the machine is built for durability, hygiene and long-term professional use. Mounted on four castor wheels, including two lockable wheels, the unit can easily be positioned and moved within the honey house as required.
