The Bienomat® Pro Honey Press 100 kg is a premium German-manufactured honey pressing system designed for efficiently separating honey from uncapping wax, pressed comb, heather honey and melezitose honey. Built for serious hobbyists, sideline and commercial beekeepers, this powerful stainless steel screw press delivers excellent honey recovery with efficient continuous operation.
Using an electronically controlled screw press system, the Bienomat® Pro gently separates honey and wax while maintaining high throughput and consistent performance. The infinitely variable speed control and reversible screw rotation allow the machine to be adjusted for different honey types and comb consistencies, helping maximise honey yield while ensuring smooth operation.
The integrated honey collection tray features a removable double sieve system to separate wax particles and impurities during processing, while the stainless steel squeeze tap with raised outlet clearance allows easy filling into buckets or settling tanks.
Constructed entirely from durable stainless steel, the machine is mounted on four lockable castor wheels for excellent mobility around the honey house. Its large-capacity hopper and robust motor make it ideal for demanding honey harvests and efficient wax processing.
