Take your honey processing to the next level with the Bienomat® Honey Sump 100cm, a premium stainless steel clarification system designed to efficiently remove wax particles and debris while maintaining a continuous extraction workflow.
With a generous capacity of approximately 100kg of honey, this professional-grade sump uses a four-chamber flow system to naturally clarify honey as it passes through the unit. Three removable partitions hold a combination of coarse and fine stainless steel sieves, allowing lighter wax particles to float while heavier impurities settle out for exceptionally clean honey.
Supplied with five interchangeable sieves (three with 3mm openings and two with 1mm openings), the system enables uninterrupted operation by allowing filters to be swapped or cleaned during processing. A 1½" stainless steel ball valve with a 50mm hose connection ensures smooth and efficient transfer to storage tanks or bottling equipment, while the fitted stainless steel lid helps keep the contents protected and hygienic.
