The ApiCera® Alpha Honey Warming Cabinet is a premium German-manufactured honey warming cabinet designed for gently liquefying crystallised honey while preserving its natural quality, flavour and beneficial properties. Compact, efficient and easy to operate, this warming cabinet is ideal for hobby and professional beekeepers looking for controlled and reliable honey warming.
Built with a durable insulated plastic housing, the cabinet uses thermostat-controlled warm air circulation with a quiet-running fan to maintain an even internal temperature throughout the chamber. The external digital controller allows precise temperature adjustment and monitoring, while the integrated timer function can be programmed from 1 to 96 hours for fully controlled warming cycles.
The ApiCera® Alpha is perfectly sized to accommodate a 35 kg filling bucket or a 25 kg honey bucket, making it ideal for small to medium-scale honey processing. Included stainless steel intermediate shelves and a half shelf allow flexible positioning for jars, smaller buckets or multiple containers during warming.
Designed for gentle honey liquefaction, the cabinet operates within a temperature range of 30°C to 85°C, helping beekeepers safely reliquefy set honey without overheating.
